"In-laws"는 결혼을 통해 생긴 배우자의 가족을 의미합니다. 즉, 배우자의 부모님, 형제, 자매 등을 가리킵니다.

• Mother-in-law: 시어머니 또는 장모님
• Father-in-law: 시아버지 또는 장인어른
• Brother-in-law: 처남, 매형, 시동생 등 (배우자의 형제)
• Sister-in-law: 처제, 올케, 시누이 등 (배우자의 자매)

"In-laws"는 보통 복수형으로 사용되며, 배우자의 가족 전체를 의미할 때 쓰입니다.
